My reason for recording this is to share with you what a fit pregnancy is like. I hope it helps and inspires those of you who want to continue an active fit lifestyle while trying to grow a new baby. I will be 100% honest and open as I can be (all very uncomfortable for me) so you can know, from my view point, what it's like. Please enjoy, share, and comment on all that you read.

It Begins!
I have been asking myself a serious question for the last year, "Should I have another baby?". I would agonize over and over about it. I tried to convince myself that "we are happy with three", "it would really mess up my schedule", "I'm happy with my body now", and "i just don't want to start over again". Although these are valid feelings, I still had a nagging feeling that there was another sweet child waiting to come to our family. So I kicked and screamed for a whole year before I was willing to break down and get pregnant. So here I am charting ovulation and period dates, trying to shoot for another child. And so it begins . . .
